Cutting the harmonic bar's protuding ends

Well to fit the sides to top, the protruding ends of the harmonic bar must be trimmed.
So I did just that.
First I mark the amount to be cut, and saw away as much as possible
The end section I use chisel to clean up.

Clean up with chisel. The chisel is sharp; see the mirror reflection?

Done. Side fitted nicely.

Check the lining if it aligns properly with the sides and top at the lower bout area.

Similarly at the upper bout area. Since the geometry is a bit different for this area.

Side supports for the harmonic bar.
